We want to be sure that your desired space is 35 to 40ft long to accommodate the camper. The standard space should have a 30 amp hook up for electric, sewage and water. Let us know if you dont have all 3 of these as we have alternate options available to you.

The camper has a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to start camping. This list includes pots and pans, silverware, plates and cups. Theres a junk drawer with a small first aid kit and cleaning supplies as well as a small shop vac. Theres 4 folding camp chairs in the front storage area. A Keurig sits on the counter with K cups in the pantry along with a toaster and other various kitchen/pantry items. Toilet paper is stocked in the bathroom under the sink. Theres a hdmi cable ran to the tv for a dvd player (not included). All mattresses have a freshly washed mattress cover on them.

Not included is food, bedding, pillows and towels.

Dont forget phone chargers, bug spray and sun lotion.

We can provide a rental generator and gas for your stay if needed. The camper also has a 45 gallon fresh water tank that can be filled prior to delivery. Also we can supply a sewage holding tank if the onboard black tank needs to be drained.
